Terms of reprinting and use of site materials.
Violation of these terms may be considered a violation of intellectual property rights with all the consequences arising from such a violation.
Any use of materials from the Affbox site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, “Company”) is permitted under the conditions specified below. Use means any reproduction, publication, copying, reprinting, distribution, translation, broadcast, cable transmission, processing and other methods provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The use of any materials posted on the site is permitted provided that there is an open hyperlink to the direct address of the material on the Site and the original source is mentioned.
The hyperlink must be no lower than the first paragraph, regardless of the full or partial use of the materials.
The volume of partial use cannot exceed 40% of the total text. Such use is permitted only if there is a link no lower than the first paragraph and a hyperlink at the end of the material.
Violation of these terms will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and the right to information protected by law. Such a violation will be considered as if the materials were used without the permission of the Site.
